Plaintext Password Offender: Jitbit Helpdesk

Just signed up for the Jitbit Helpdesk support site so that I could report an issue with their product.

Lo and behold, the following appears in my inbox:

Uncool, Jitbit, uncool. I’ll be looking to move my company away from your products at some point.
